The purchase of a home is generally the largest asset one will make in their lifetime. Being in the mortgage business since 1995, I understand the loan process can be stressful but my clients really appreciate my calm demeanor and ability to answer questions. I do my best to give the client a road map of what the process will look like and a timeframe of when it will happen. ‘Keep the process as simple as possible’ is my motto so my assistant and I handle every aspect and the client won’t be handed off to an unknown processor. This way there is no confusion as to who the client should be speaking with.
