Despite these challenges, there’s a silver lining on the horizon. The recent drop in interest rates to 6.5% brings a positive outlook for the housing market in 2024. This projected decrease in interest rates is anticipated to stimulate activity and potentially mitigate some of the challenges observed in the past year, providing a favorable environment for both buyers and sellers.
